Donations
- Donations are voluntary gifts to the Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax adviser about your own situation.
- Gifts support the Foundation’s charitable mission of funding gastric and esophageal cancer research. We honor dedications and stated wishes wherever we can. The Foundation’s Board of Directors has final discretion over how contributions are used to carry out that mission.
- Monthly gifts continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
- Refunds are covered by our Donation & Refund Policy.
Events and tickets
Event tickets admit the named guests to the event on the date shown. The portion of a ticket price that exceeds the fair market value of the goods and services you receive (such as food and beverages) may be tax-deductible. We will tell you the deductible amount on your ticket confirmation. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Donation & Refund Policy.
Grant applications
Submitting a letter of intent or application does not guarantee funding. Award decisions are made at the Foundation’s sole discretion, based on review by our Scientific Advisory Board. Applications are shared in confidence with reviewers and Foundation leadership. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to share the materials you upload. If you receive a grant, a separate grant agreement will govern it, and we may publicly announce the award.
Using this website
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes: submitting false or unlawful content; trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; sending spam or automated submissions; or using the site in any way that violates the law.
Content and trademarks
Unless otherwise noted, the text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to the Foundation or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, or to share information about our mission, with credit to the Foundation.
